Step 1: Make an appointment with Mia at Distinct Stone Solutions by calling 832-379-0731 and letting them know you are a Texas Custom Outdoors customer.

At this appointment you will select pick the Coping, Travertine, Veneer and Tile Selection all from that location. Take pictures of your selections as well for reference. They will often let you take sample pieces home with you.

Decking & Coping:  Most of the Travertine choices at D.S.S. are in your contracted price. There are a few Selections that may be an upgraded cost.  Your D.S.S. rep with know which is upgrade and which is standard. Marble and other options are usually upgrades as well and typically not superior to Travertine anyway.

 Tile: Ceramic waterline tile (glass tile is not included, but is available as an upgrade), is used for vertically facing the perimeter waterline, of the swimming pool, spa, as well as facing raised walls, and the outer perimeter spa skirt (as applicable). 

*Glass Tile, or any Ceramic or Porcelain tile, which is not considered as standard tile will be an upgraded cost.

Important: Please ask about shade & texture variations, between samples, and your actual selections. Mia should be able to answer any questions you may have; however, you can also ask for Dan Eby, He is the supervisor at DSS and knows everything about Travertine.  His cell is below.
