“I have no words to describe how happy we are with Tracy's work. He came to do the estimate in a couple of days. I had a tight budget and some time restrictions. He did a great design and estimated all the details I wanted and more. When he showed us the design, we decided to go a little further and add more decking since he offers such good prices. We don't have a lot of yard, but he did a beautiful pool and decking. He is super responsive, before, during and after the project. He answered and explained every single question I had (and I seriously ask a lot) with total professionalism. Even now, after 5 months, he is still tending to questions or concerns I have. The total work lasted for about a month! he was able to pull every crew right in time for us. All the teams were respectful, punctual and clean after they left and if something was left behind, Tracy would come an take care of it himself. We got quotes from 8 different pool builders. Tracy was the most knowledgeable, helpful and transparent of all. Once the process began, Tracy kept us in the loop and was available for any questions we had. He then proceeded to go above and beyond to ensure the quality craftsmanship met his standards - almost as if it were his own pool. The coping had a few weird spots and Tracy came out, sander in hand and worked for hours to get it perfect.
